REVIK was founded on the idea of making singular wines from our estate vineyards; Saphi in the heart of the Coombsville AVA and Diogenes on the upper slopes of Howell Mountain. The organic and dry-farming methods we practice at these sites, has inspired us to partner with like-minded growers throughout Northern California whose values are in harmony with ours to add to our portfolio of wines.
We started in 2015, with two barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon from Diogenes Ridge. The last five years we have experimented with different varietals from Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Starting with the 2019 vintage, our sole focus is on our own Vineyards, Saphi in Coombsville and Howell Mountain.
