Saphi Vineyard | Coombsville AVA
We planted Saphi in 2013 to Cabernet Sauvignon (clone 337) and Sauvignon Blanc (clone 1). The name SAPHI is an abbreviation of Philip and his sister Sasha’s first names, who both grew up on this property. The site is Dry-Farmed and Organically farmed. The cooler temperatures and gravely loam soils of this corner of Napa Valley lets allows up a little more hang time then other AVA’s in Napa.
Diogenes Ridge | Howell Mountain AVA
Planted in 2001, Diogenes sits at 1800’ elevation and is planted to Cabernet Sauvignon. The soils consist of Aiken Loam. Wil and his family have taken great care of this vineyard. Diogenes is certified organic. It's separated into 7 different parcels, all with different degrees of slope and direction facing. We are extremely excited about the future of this site and look forward to continue to produce Howell Mountain Cabernet.
